I am very excited to be partnered up with AVIK (682 West Broadway)  and Kasama Chocolate (1244 Cartwright St/Granville Island) this Festival.

Hojicha Secret Romance


A tribute to the beauty of Hojicha, Japanese green tea, with it rich and mellow roasted hazelnut notes. A gentle touch of chocolate and cocoa to tease and respect the hojicha fragrance.

Paired with roasted green tea pudding topped made in house made in-house by our Pastry team, with a dash of whip cream and dark chocolate shavings and a quenelle of Maestro James, from Gelato by James, dark chocolate gelato or vegan sorbetto.

Death by Chocolate

 

Your darkest desires and sweetest wishes in our ‘Death by Chocolate’ balance of chocolate and more chocolate. In a sweet collision of serendipity, we bring together a unique blend of 85% Grand Noir Dark Chocolate with notes of roasted chestnut and tangy grilled coffee with 72% dark chocolate with red berries and citrus notes. The dance of flavours and the depth of chocolate won’t kill ya, but it sure will wiggle your toes.

 

Served with a dark chocolate pastry enhancing the coconut and dulce de Leche notes in the chocolate with a quenelle of Maestro James, from Gelato by James, ‘Dark & Dangerous’ chocolate gelato; dairy and a non-dairy version.
